The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between active values in practice and the moral foundations of delinquent youths. In this cross-sectional study which was a correlation research, the statistical population consisted of all male delinquents in London; and they were selected using non-probability sampling method. The data were collected using active values in action inventory and Moral foundation questionnaire (MFQ) and the data were analyzed using Pearson correlation and Stepwise regression methods. The results of stepwise regression analysis indicated that three virtues of excellence, justice and moderation have significant roles in predicting care/harm, but the virtue of excellence has the highest role and the virtue of moderation has the lowest role in predicting this dimension of moral foundations. The findings also showed that the virtue of moderation and the virtues of wisdom are predictors of fairness/justice. The virtue of excellence plays a positive and significant role in the dimension of loyalty and virtue of wisdom has a positive and significant role in the dimension of respect for the authority. According to the findings of this research, it is generally suggested that the topic of personality abilities and the factors affecting growth of youths should be considered. Also, the belief context in community rules is due to the proper development of moral judgments in the youth and the implementation of educational foundations in the educational system based on the value of individual virtues.
