The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy of social capital and resilience of students with mental health. This research in terms of the purpose is applied research and in terms of implementation is a correlational research. In this research, the statistical population consisted of all male and female university students of 2014-2015 academic years, which are about 9400 individuals. A sample of 360 students was selected using simple random method and Morgan table. The instruments used in this research were self-efficacy questionnaire, social capital, general health, and Conner and Davidson resilience scale. The results of this study showed that there is a significant and negative relationship between self-efficacy and mental health of students. There is a significant and negative relationship between social capital and mental health of students. There is a significant and negative relationship between resilience and students' mental health. There is no significant difference between male and female students in terms of social capital and mental health. However, there is a difference between male and female students in terms of self-efficacy and resilience.
