The purpose of present study was to explain the relationship between the spiritual intelligence and resilience with the quality of life of mothers who have children with special needs. The research method was descriptive. It was a kind of correlation. For this purpose, 120 mothers were selected by multistage cluster random sampling. In this study, they used spiritual intelligence questionnaire of King and resilience of Connor and Davidson and the World Health Organization quality of life. Data were analyzed by using regression and Pearson correlation test. The results showed that there was positive significant between spiritual and its components as well as resilience with the quality of life. The results of regression analysis showed that spiritual intelligence and resilience in combination with each other explained 51% of the variance of quality of life. According to the results achieved by increasing spiritual intelligence and resilience, the quality of life for the mothers who have children with special needs will increase.
