Target: the aim of this research is to study the satisfaction rate of users on of traditional and electrical services of public libraries. Methodology: in this study, the researcher made questionnaire is the method of gathering data that was distributed among 382 users of public libraries and inferential statistics was used for testing the hypotheses. Findings: the results show that there isn't a significant difference between the satisfaction rate of male and female users of library services (electrical and traditional). There is a significant difference between the satisfaction rates of users in different educational levels of library services (electrical and traditional). Users are more satisfied with electrical services than traditional services. The major problem of public libraries is related to libraries' physical space and from the viewpoint of members; the study hall is the main reason for an increase in the number of users. Conclusion: providing various types of electronic services should not lead to ignoring traditional services. Comparing the satisfaction of users from traditional and electrical services shows that users are satisfied with electronic services (above the average), however, they are not satisfied with traditional services.
