Cloud Computing from A Business Perspective Providing Appropriate Solutions to Omit or Reduce Weaknesses and Threats

Abstract

Nowadays, the Internet has embraced all aspects of our lives, and cloud computing is the most recent offering of this service on the web everywhere. Cloud computing can be mostly considered as an addictive phenomenon in information technology and the world of business and promises a way to offer host privileges. Companies need to look beyond this addiction and seriously consider the true value of cloud computing in their business. Deployment models and cloud services should be used to launch a business on the cloud and receive more services at a lower cost. In this study, the cloud system is studied from a business perspective along with its components that are needed to implement a cloud computing business in a company. Then, the concepts of core technology followed by SWOT analysis for small and medium organizations in the cloud world and the challenges are explained. Then, proposed strategies have been presented to turn the weaknesses into strengths and threats to opportunities. The institutionalization of proposed strategies will help to reduce costs and increase productivity in organizations and ordinary users can receive considerable help which will increase the profitability in businesses related to cloud computing.
