Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between developmental leadership style, organizational structure and organizational climate with organizational creativity. Method: For the purpose of this study, a sample of 300 employees was selected using stratified random sampling method. The instrument for data collection was a multi-factor leadership questionnaire, creative organizational climate questionnaire, self-efficacy questionnaire, internal motivation questionnaire, and organizational creativity questionnaire. To test the pattern, the structural equation modeling algorithm was used with MOOSE 21 and SPSS 21 software. Results: The results showed that all indirect paths of developmental leadership are significant and the direct paths of developmental leadership are not significant for the creativity of employees, organizational structure to the creativity of staff and creative organizational climate to the creativity of employees. Conclusion: Fitness indices of modeling of structural equations showed suitable fit for the modified pattern.
