Abstract

With the dramatic advancement of information technology, profound and effective changes are taking place in the business environment. Cloud computing is among the most innovative models of distribution and provision of information technology services which can be named as the development and deployment of computer-based services based on the Internet or the cloud. Cloud computing is a model of distributed computing consisting of a large number of resources and requests with the goal of sharing resources as a service on the Internet and the more efficient use of these resources is an endless challenge. Hence, the matter of scheduling tasks in cloud computing is known as a very important issue that seeks to define an optimal timing for tasks and allocate optimal resources.
