The Role of Human Resourced Development in Organizational Processes Efficiency and Effectiveness

Abstract

Human resources development conveys the production of thoughts and ideas by the employees in the organizations and its novel denotation requires the employees to be equipped with qualifications and skills that enable them in perfect sympathy and commitment direct their abilities, energies, specialties, and thoughts in line with actualization of organizational missions and constantly create new intellectual and qualitative values for the organization. HR development has to be taken place in the intellectual, vocational, attitudinal, creativity and behavioral aspects in which case the employees can correctly accomplish tasks (effectiveness) and properly perform duties (efficiency). Inefficiency, the individuals are seeking to correctly carry out the work processes so as to pave the way for the accomplishment of organizational objectives. The actualization of organizational objectives in an optimal manner is the focus of efficiency. Efficiency has a lot in common with quality. The main pivot inefficiency is the results or the work output. In other words, efficiency is equal to getting the right things done. This, HR development creates skills for blending the efficient attitudes with the effectiveness of the way jobs are done, creates skills in line with the omission of redundant work-related movements and processes, provides the skills of blending the process-oriented and result-oriented attitudes in the organizations, supervises the procedural critical bottlenecks, enables the skills of keeping customers satisfied via correcting the processes and creates value engineering in the processes to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organizational processes.
