One of the most important elements of environmental education is waste management; training plays a very important role in carrying out its related projects, and ignoring it causes economic losses, loss of resources and pollution of the environment. Unfortunately, developing countries have not paid much attention to this issue, which causes environmental pollution, especially in large cities. 3 million tons of waste is produced worldwide, which has been contributed by countries. According to the available statistics, our country produces about 40 thousand tons per day. A significant amount of waste produced in the country is buried in or spread on land. In this regard, several projects such as the project of recycling have been defined and implemented in several cities such as Tokyo, London, Washington; unfortunately, many of them have not been successfully implemented. It seems that the lack of proper and principled education, which leads to a lack of awareness of the general population, especially students, is one of the important factors in the failure of these projects.
