Sustained initiatives cause changes in markets and distribution channels. Nowadays, ensuring the sustainable development of each country depends on maintaining and optimizing the use of limited and irreplaceable resources in that country, so various actions have been taken by governments. Therefore, organizations need sustained issues to maintain and enhance their competitive ability to coordinate and integrate all their activities. Regarding the sustainable supply chain is a step towards sustainable development, because it focuses on product supply chain from raw material to the delivery to customer. In this research we have regarded the previous studies on the sustainability impact of sustainable supply chain on consumer loyalty. This research study showed that a sustainable supply chain could affect customer satisfaction, loyalty and willingness to pay.
