The main purpose of present research is to determine the effect of employees’ perception of supervisor empowerment behaviors on work- related outcomes (Job satisfaction, Job commitment), with the mediator role of psychological empowerment of employees of Shahr bank’s branches. In the present research, two library and field methods were used to collect information. The tool of collecting information was questionnaire. The location of implementation of this research is all branches of Shahr bank in Iran from March 2016 to July 2017. Statistical population includes all employees of Shahr bank’s branches that their number is 2560. The kind of research is descriptive. It is causal in terms of relationship between the variables and is based on structural equations. The tool of collecting information was questionnaire. After completing the questionnaire, the collected data was analyzed by SPSS and PLS softwares. The obtained results showed that employees’ perception of supervisor empowerment behaviors influences the work- related outcomes with the mediator role of psychological empowerment of employees of Shahr bank’s branches.
