Recognition of The Concept of Creating Value Through Management of Working Capital

Abstract

The science of accounting is a leading science in the humanities field and it has made many advances so far. Creating value through financial operations is one of the goals of this science. Managing corporate working capital is one way of creating value. The management of working capital determines the competitive performance of the company's market and management efficiency in a wider field. It is important to discuss the ways of creating working capital has a positive impact on the competitive effect of the market in financial engineering. Working capital is a capital or fund used to maintain the daily operations of the organization. It points out that capital has been invested in all current assets, or the difference between current assets and current borrowings used to generate long-term capital has been invested. Many researchers have devoted their research to manage working capital, and their research results suggest that the management of working capital determines the benefits of competition in the investment market and operational efficiency in a wider range. This article discusses the concept of working capital as the core of the discussion and its management and effects as subcategories of this topic through reviewing the related literature.
