Gamification - with the definition of the use of game design components in non-game contexts - is a useful and rich field for scientific studies. The need to provide methods to promote organizational culture (in general) and corporate entrepreneurship culture (in particular) have been the motivation for us to provide a model for linking these two areas of study and seek to use a gamification-centered approach to improve the culture. We have been an entrepreneurial organization. The focus of the discussion in this paper is to propose a method for extracting a game-based approach and using it to enhance the culture of organizational entrepreneurship.
