The manufacturing industries are the most prosperous industries in the 21st century. No economy can survive without manufacturing industries. Hence, the evaluation of corporate performance is one of the most important issues for investors, creditors, governments and managers. In this regard, the main objective of the research is to investigate the relationship between organizational memory and the performance of new product development considering role of organizational ambidexterity in manufacturing companies of Rasht: The research method is correlation and statistical society is of all manufacturing companies in Rasht. The sampling method is census-based. The sample number includes 228 manufacturing enterprises. After collecting data by standard questionnaires, structural equation modeling techniques with partial least squares approach were used to assess the relationships between variables. In general, all data analysis was performed using SPSS and PLS software. The result of the research hypotheses suggests the positive effect of organizational memory and organizational ambidexterity on the performance of new product development. The role of the ambidexterity mediator role was confirmed in terms of organizational memory and performance of the new product development. Also, the role of moderating organizational innovation and technology disturbance in the relationship between organizational memory and organizational ambidexterity was also confirmed. In addition, organizational memory has no significant effect on the performance of the new product development.
