Identifying Appropriate Methods for Blocking Revenue Streams in E-businesses

Abstract

Business practices are considered to be one of the most important areas that are heavily influenced by the use of information technologies. Over the past years, every aspect of the way any business operates and business practices have changed considerably and numerous new methods and values have been created and entered into the business market. If customers are the heart of any business model, the revenue streams comprise its arteries. A company must ask itself, for what value is each customer segment truly willing to pay? Hence, the main objective of this paper is to identify suitable methods for blocking revenue streams in electronic business in wall paper industry in Armani Paperboard Company. The statistical population consisted of senior managers, personals of financial, marketing and sales sectors of Armani Company. Then using semi-structured interviews and content analysis, the main components of revenue streams and cost of the electronic business model were extracted.
