The methodology of system dynamics is based on three various disciplines: traditional social systems management, feedback theory or cybernetics, and computer simulation. Vensim software is used in this method. Using the flow diagram, it is understood that if the workforce indices - experience, training, job security and job satisfaction - increase, they will increase productivity. Moreover, the omission of the delay in paying salary will have the same effect. One of the objectives of dynamic system modeling is to study the various potential policies to improve system performance. Making these changes has brought about 56% increases in the organization's workforce productivity.
