The present study was conducted to examine the relationship between CI and conflict management strategies of Lorestan University (250 people). Data collection tools were William and Prado's CI Inventory and Putnam and Wilson's Conflict Management Strategies Questionnaire. The study is applied and is of correlation studies regarding the method. Cronbach's alpha test was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaires, and its validity was confirmed using AMOS20 and a confirmatory factor-analysis test. SPSS18 was used to analyze the data. The results indicated that CI of the subjects was low and had no significant relationship with gender, age, years of service, organizational status and education level. However, there was a significant positive relationship between employees' CI and conflict management strategies. Moreover, except for the motivational dimension, all aspects of CI have a direct relationship with the two strategies of non-coping and solutionism. The cognitive and behavioral aspects of CI had a direct significant correlation with control strategy, whereas the motivational and metacognitive dimensions have no significant relationship with this strategy.
